A great communicator has two unique qualities: appropriate skills and personal confidence. This confidence comes from knowing what he/she wants to say and being comfortable with his/her delivery skills and style in different circumstances and for different stakeholders. In this module participants will master the skills and style that will make them a better speaker, presenter, and communicator.
This module is designed to help participants improve their communication skills and learn the key techniques which will give them the persuasive edge when they are making a presentation, fielding difficult questions, or presenting complex information in front of different audiences & stakeholders.
They will also learn how to quickly organize their thoughts and ideas to speak under pressure and be able to convey their points meaningfully to their audience, aiming to influence the audience’s attitude or behavior. This will apply to formal speeches as well as everyday business situations and requires presence of mind, goal orientation, adaptation, and judgment.
