This module is designed to focus on the attitudes & behaviors of an effective team player, the characteristics of an efficient team, and the core elements of leadership, building together into success. A critical element of this module is the Glen Parker Team Player Survey (PTPS), a self-assessment instrument that will help them identify their primary team player style, help them increase their personal effectiveness in team situations, and help them effectively develop their team into a high performing group working in synergy.
