With more or less five generations in the workforce working together today, and with both employees and employers faced with challenges due to generation gaps, this module looks at the reality of the generation gap and explores whether defining the actual limits of each generation is most important, or whether the merits of people within the context of employment is the bigger issue. Understanding others helps us to understand ourselves and to manage the people that we work with and for. In this session we will explore and discuss problems, solutions, and strategies to help overcome the issues of the generation gap.
